Donation Policy

Accepted methods

• Gift cards, bought by the donor and sent to us by text or email for manual verification.
• Cryptocurrency sent to a wallet address published on our donation page.

Verification

Submitting a donation form is a notification to us, not a payment. Donations remain Pending until our team has verified the payment. A donation may move through Verification Required, Under Review, Verified and Completed, or be marked Rejected or Cancelled where it cannot be confirmed.

Receipts

Receipts are issued only after a donation has been verified, and are sent to the email address given on the donation form. Keep your donation reference so we can find your gift quickly.

Cryptocurrency

Always send the exact coin on the exact network shown in the donation panel. Where a destination tag or memo is required, it must be included. Transfers sent to the wrong network or without a required tag may not be recoverable.
