We are committed to the safety and dignity of everyone we work with, in particular children, elderly people and adults at risk. Safeguarding applies to our team, volunteers and anyone acting on our behalf.

Practical commitments

• We do not publish identifying information about a beneficiary without informed consent.
• We do not publish images or stories of children in a way that puts them at risk.
• Concerns can be reported to us confidentially using the contact form.
• Reports are reviewed by our management team and acted on.

Reporting a concern

If you have a safeguarding concern, contact us through the contact page and select the category that best matches your concern. Urgent risk to life should always be reported to local emergency services first.
