Refund & Cancellation Policy
When a donation can be cancelled or refunded.
Before verification
If you submitted a donation in error, contact us with your donation reference before it has been verified and we will mark it as Cancelled.
After verification
Verified donations are treated as applied to our programmes. Where a genuine error can be demonstrated, we will review the request and may mark the donation as Refunded.
Cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrency transfers cannot be reversed by us. A transfer sent to the wrong network, or without a required destination tag, may be permanently unrecoverable.
